Question of The Week: Teacher Edition

Valentine’s Day, the holiday where you celebrate your significant other, is commonly seen as a love-it-or-hate-it holiday. We asked some teachers what their favorite Valentine’s Day candy was, and how they view Valentine’s Day.

“Candy hearts, even though I made fun of them when I was on the announcements, and I view Valentine’s Day as an opportunity to express my love for those who are important to me.” -Mr. Brandon Risser

“Chocolate covered pretzels, and I like Valentine’s Day a lot!” -Mrs. Anita Barr

“Any cookies that are baked for me, and Valentine’s Day is important if you have someone that you’re dating or married to, and not really important if you’re not with anyone…it’s a ‘Hallmark holiday’ to me.” -Mr. Isaac Custer
