<description>I definitely believe that the troubles that Petruchio went through to change Kate was worth it. For all the bad things that happened he gained one very important thing... love. I know you guys are going to say that I&#039;m being all girly, but I truly believe that any hardships you face are worth it for true love. To make things even better he is now a part of a wealthy family, but that comes second.

It is hard to say for sure if Kate is going to be permanently changed, but I believe that she will be. Usually when someone goes through such an extreme change it is practically impossible to reverse. I also think that her love for Petruchio will make her want to stay the way she is because she cares for him, and does not want to lose him.

I believe that Kate would initially be upset, but that she would see through it. Her anger would take some time for her to see through, but I think that Kate would eventually realize that he, just as she herself did, changed. After this is fixed they will live happily ever after.

		<description>Colin Easter

I do think that changing Kate was worth it for Petruchio. He wouldn&#039;t be very happy living with a shrew for the rest of his life, even if he did get a lot of money for it. He also only had to act and behave rudely. It didn&#039;t cost him anything except possibly his dignity.

I think that Kate&#039;s change was permanent. At the end, we see that she is the most loyal of the wives. Even if she does revert back to being a shrew, Petruchio can always return to his rude behavior and ways to tame her again. They also seem happier now that Kate is behaving appropriately.

I don&#039;t think that Kate would do too much now that she is tamed. Before she was tamed she might have gone into a rage. Now that she is tamed, she will probably see that they are happy together. She will also listen to Petruchio if he tells her not to get mad, so she probably wouldn&#039;t do anything at all.

Also, I apologize for not publishing my blog Sonam. I thought I had hit publish on Saturday, but apparently I didn&#039;t.</description>

<description>Well, Brethew I would first off like to congratulate you for blogging every time and for benefiting everyone in our groups grade, unlike some other people.

Now, to answer your first question I would like to say that I do indeed think that it was worth it to change Kate. The reason why is because he had married her so it was most probable that they’d stay together for the rest of their lives, so by making it that she was more standable he had ensured for himself a livable marriage and a possibly successful one too.

And yes, I do think that Kate’s change is going to be permanent. The reason why I think this is because Kate has gone through a lot with Petruchio and she now has obviously realized her several flaws and I think that she would be smart enough to things the way they are now when everyone is happy.

Now to answer your third question I would like to say that I don’t think that Kate would be that ticked off if she found out about the initial reason why Petruchio married her. The reason why I think this is because she now realizes all of her flaws and she seems to like it when she fixed those flaws so she probably wouldn’t make a huge deal about such a small thing. Another reason why I think this is because she has always been well off so I think that she’s gotten used to men only liking her initially because of her economic situation

I am sooo sorry, the previous comment is also mine but I forgot to type my name in my haste and I had forgot how to edit my blogs. Sorry.

<description>Blue paint because all paints smell the same. Ha Ha

I think that what Petruchio went through to change Kate was worth it because it seems as if that was the only thing that would work. I think her transformation was permenate because she will always remember what has happend to her and will behave. If she found out why he had origanlly wanted to maryy her she would be angry but would forgive him soon because they love eachother now.
