I will use the analogy again. Asking those questions is like asking why the Hobbits of the Shire did not march to Helms Deep to help defend it from attack. When i was reading i was wondering how comes no one was really noticing that Rosalind disappeared and now suddenly theres some new guy in town. Back then the towns were really small and someone would notice if someone new were to show up out of no where. Also, i'm not completely sure why no one was angry at Rosalind. Of course Orlando wasn't going to be angry because he wanted to marry Rosalind from the beginning, but Phoebe thought that she was going to marry Ganymede and early she was insulting Silvius like crazy. Then just like that she decides to settle for Silvius, and isn't angry that some girl was pretending to be the man of her dreams?
